The site is running very slowly or not at all, allegedly due to the great success of their halloween sale.

Can someone in America simulate a purchase to check if you get the same problems we're getting in Europe?

I can get to their homepage, but I can't view my account info.

I managed to get one order in but am having trouble doing much else. In spite of their poor web site and service they do have some good prices.

I placed my order about 11pm EST on 11/1. The site was fast and I had no problems. This is from Virginia, USA.

Thanks. Some people are thinking they are deliberately slowing down operations originating outside North America to avoid losing money.
