Bestbuy.com won't accept my orders

Just ordered a monitor and got this email response:

There's been a change to the status of your order.

Your order has been canceled because we were unable to verify your information.

???

I've had no problems like this ordering from other etailers, and I've ordered from bestbuy.com before, though it was from a different address.

Any chance you made a typo with your address or credit card?

Nope. I've had this problem before with another order but I just gave up. I've tried 3 different CC's, but they seem to just not like orders from my new address.

Perhaps your new address and your credit card address don't match exactly.

I had this problem too, and it took me forever to figure out what was wrong. The post office changed my official mailing address and the new address had an odd abbreviation in it. Until I got the exact postal address, BB.com would not recognize my address for orders.

Oddly, it was Papa John's Pizza that finally gave me the exact address. Their delivery computers reference the official addresses from the post office; through some trial and error, they were able to figure out where the problem was.

Use the USPS Zip lookup to find the exact address.

Maybe you're one of their devil customers and they don't want your business.
