Overstock question?
 

I haven't bought any DVD's online for like 2 years now and was going to order the X-files seasons 2-8 online, Overstock seems to give me the lowest price. How is thier shipping and customer service.

I bought xena season 3 from overstock.com a couple of months ago - no problems. Quick shipping, intact items, packed well. No experience with their customer service, as I had no problems.

I've ordered about a dozen items from overstock, mostly CD's & DVD's. Shipping speeds average about 5-7 days.

Customer service is good. I called about a coupon not taking and they resolved it to my satisfaction.

Overstock recently had a misprice on some paramount titles posted at $1.99 each, which should have been $15-$20. They caught the error, but did not cancel anyone's order.

They're a solid company.

i've purchased about 15 items on overstock and have had pretty good results...though a couple of the box sets had slighty dented corners, but nothing too serious

Two other points: pre-orders are charged immediately and their shipping was really slow for me.
