Good DVD Store in Los Angeles?

Can anyone recommend a good DVD store in Los Angeles -- particularly one that gets all the new releases each Tuesday? I had been going to Laser Blazer in West Los Angeles because of their good selection and low prices, but I think they have new owners or something because they're not getting a lot of the new releases on Tuesday anymore and the new employees aren't too with it. (For example, they used to be the go-to place for Criterions, but they've been missing some lately. Yesterday, they didn't have Tanner '88, and when I asked about it, the woman at the counter said it had been delayed. Um, no, it hasn't.)

Somewhere in the L.A. basin or the Glendale/Pasadena/Burbank/East San Fernando Valley area would be preferable. Amoeba in Hollywood is too expensive, and DVD Planet's way too far away. Anyone have any recommendations?
