New BB reward zone features

Just checked out the the site and noticed they've now employed some new changes: a customer pin number to input in case you forgot to have your card scanned at the time of transaction. It's located at the bottom of the receipt. Also, it now seems that you can have your certificates emailed instead of mailed to you. Hoping this may speed up the process up a bit.

How can you get the certs emailed to you?

Just click on the My Profile tab and there should be an option at the bottom of the screen.

Interesting.

Now the question I have is, every time I go into my Reward Zone page it says that my email address in invalid and needs to be changed. It's valid, I've checked, double checked and triple checked my address. I've entered it again each time I go to the site and when I login it still says my email address is not valid.

Does anyone else get these error messages?

Under "Delivery Options for Reward Zone Certificates" my page reads: "You must provide a valid E-mail address before changing your Delivery Option to E-mail."

I'm very confused.

I just checked my account out and there is another persons address in my account. I have 15.00 worth of rewards coming too which I most likely will not get. the person has the same name as mine. same state too. this sucks.
