I bought a Logitech mouse from JustDeals after seeing it advertised on dealnews (I'm a long-time dealnews reader/user)... when it arrived, it didn't work... I've left numerous emails and phone messages to them for an RMA, and never gotten a response to any of them. No one answers when you call... not a good experience.

It's been about 2 months now of attempts to get an RMA.

Do you need to install some software?

I've purchased from JustDeals.com one week ago and my experience was stellar. Their pricegrabber rating is respectable as well.

Yes, the .org extension is correct. It's the same company. I ordered a product from them via PriceGrabber, emailed them a merchandise question, and received a response within 24 hours.

If you purchased your items via PriceGrabber I believe PriceGrabber offers some type of protection. If you do conversate with JustDeals, I would do it via PriceGrabber's Private Messaging Board. This way they'll be a permanent record of what you discussed, and when and who you discussed it with.
