I've been shipped two of my pre-orders, both billed at the incorrect price. I'll be emailing to cancel the rest of my order.

+1 for DDD ...

Order status showed the discount.
Final email did not.
Visa was charged full amount.

I called them up, talked to a really friendly CSR who adjusted the amount almost immediately... total call took less than 4 minutes.
He even went on to explain what happened with the code after adjusting the amount, which was unnecessary but he seemed really wanting me to understand how the mixup occurred...

+1 for DDD...

That being said, I received my shipping confirmation today for Flirting with Disaster, Cop Land and Trainspotting.

The other part of the order, Alias season 3, I hope gets here before release! I can't wait to watch the third season!
I received my order of Trainspotting 2 disc, Flirting with Disaster and Cop Land today (2 days after I got my shipping notice) with the correct price of $37.99. Nice!

So here's my story... I placed my order around 10:30 am Thursday morning. The 20% was taken off and my first email had the discount listed. The 2nd email with the order number did not have the 20% taken off. The order status on DDD's website still had the discount applied. The 3rd email which was my shipping email, did not have the discount applied. This shipment had all my dvds except one which was backordered. I checked my credit card statement today and they billed me for the full amount with no discount. I called DDD today and they said they would honor the 20% discount but they could not issue me a credit until the final backordered item had shipped. They said the credit would be issued "automatically" and that I didn't need to call back. Hopefully this is true but I will be watching my credit card statement to make sure this is true.

Same exact situation here...

All of the in-stock items shipped with the correct discount applied and charged to my CC. My first preorder shipped, and the shipping e-mail showed the 20% discount. Haven't seen the CC charge yet, but that is a good sign because I had quite a few preorders.

I just received my credit which is a little curious since my final dvd is still showing as backordered. I'm not not arguing though, I'm just glad to get the 20% off. Thanks DDD!
