Beware of Ovestock.Com they don't honor their own price
 

I placed order for Dead Like Me for $31 as preorder. I received the wrong DVD set Playmakers today. I called the customer service to send back the wrong DVD and asked them to send the correct one. They told me that they can't send Dead Like Me DVD because the SKU number is different. The new SKU number showed higher price $38. The supervisor told me that their CEO would not approve that (???). I told the supervisor if they would not honor the preorder price then they should not do any preorder at the first place. I will not waste my time and can order from a different merchant.
