Walt Disney Treasures/DDD
 

I ordered all 4 treasures from DDD on 5/17, I still have a status of PREORDER ON 5/19. I'm getting nervous. I called yesterday and today and they said that the status is they are getting it from the warehouse. I might just go to Best Buy and buy them and eBay the order from DDD.

They finally sent me a confirmation 2 days later. I'm going to send them back to DDD to get a refund on my credit card. I already bought all 4 of them at Best Buy and Wal-Mart today.

Be sure to use USPS Delivery Confirmation with your return to prove to DDD that they received them.

I sent a unopened DVD back and had to fight for my credit. Without the Delivery Confirmation I might still be fighting!

While I am not trying to stir up ethical issues, since the DDD items are identical
to the ones bought at BB and Walmart (and may even be cheaper), couldn't
you just return the DDD Discs to
BB or Walmart since they are unopened and you have a receipt?

That would save you the trouble of shipping them back to DDD and also
eliminate the chance that the package
could get lost in transit.
