Received an email from them recently ...this is my first time placing an order with them and was wandering what exactly this is about:
Hello, Thank you for placing your order with us. Could you please fax a copy of your credit card statement showing your name, address and your credit card number. Our fax number is 905-709-4073. Please hand write your order number on the statement before you fax us. Your credit card statement is the document you receive each month from your credit card company or bank that details what you have spent that month. We need a copy strictly to verify your name and shipping address. Once we receive this fax we will process your order. I don't know because whenever I order something from them it is out of stock and never comes in.

You may be asked to provide proof of your credit card information in the form of a payment stub. In some cases your order will not be processed until this documentation is received by us. We will contact you by phone or email if we require this supporting information. They did the same me to me. My response was to them was to cancel the order.

I am a customer of dvdboxoffice and adultdvdboxoffice (the same) for years, they have never ask me that.
I have never had a problem with them, they also replaced a shippment that was lost during shipping very good service. I think its good that there ask, you can blank out all payments. They want only be sure that they credit card belongs to you. I am form germany. |
