DDD - tardy
 

Ordered a bunch of stuff from DDD but out of 12, 5 went missing! Nothing too complicated too... Once Upon A Time in the West, Secretary, The Office 1st season and Best of Resfest V1 and 3.

E-mailed them about it twice, but unlike what their website says (reply by end of next business day.. YEAH RIGHT), received no response. Just called them (yeap wasting money on an int'l call from Singapore) and they said someone who handles international orders will take care of it.

Pretty tardy and disappointing. Was planning to order more stuff from them but I won't until this is resolved.
