CyberRebate: File your claim by April 5, 2004
 

FYI CyberRebate just sent a final postcard notification directing creditors to www.cyberrebate.com. A link under the banner on that page (IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
PROOFS OF CLAIM AND BALLOTS MAY NOW BE FILED) give instructions on how to file a claim.

It also notes: IT IS ESTIMATED THAT CLAIMANTS WILL RECEIVE BETWEEN 3.7% AND 9.2% OF EACH DOLLAR OF ALLOWED CLAIMS. FURTHERMORE, AS DISCUSSED IN THE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT, NO PAYMENT WILL BE MADE TO ANY CREDITOR IF SUCH PAYMENT WOULD BE LESS THAN $5.00.

Even if you previously filed a claim, you must file a new one on or before April 5, 2004.
