About DDD just a question
 

does anyone order still say open, if you placed it before december 1st


because I place an order on december 1st and it still says open. Could it be their swamped with orders

from my reconition it's never taken this long to get the thing shipped

I ordered Alias 2nd Season on the 1st (around 10 PM Pacific) and it hasn't shipped. The website says that it was supposed to ship on 12/5 but I haven't received anything saying it has. :(

I also placed my order on December 1st and the status of my order is still showing open. I have called twice and emailed twice and no one seems to be on the same page. I have gotten different answers everytime. I plan on calling again today so I can hopefully get some clairity.

I placed my order on Nov 30, and it's still showing as open. I'll reserve my worries until after Monday, though. I'm pretty sure they're swamped right now....

My order from 5th still hasn't shipped yet as of today, 7th.

Will you guys please stop calling them so they can get back to shipping my orders! :)

Actually, they split my order from Black Friday. The first shipped Dec 2 and I'm expecting it anyday now and the 2nd part shipped this morning.

Gee, you think they might be busy or something? Sheesh, people.
