3 orders...3 confirmations...2 orders sent...1 arrived today.
So it looks like my orders will be here before Xmas for sure...

Placed 1st order on 12/3, received e-mails and item supposedly shipped 12/8.

Placed 2nd order on 12/5 using 20% off coupon, received 1st e-mail acknowledging order and said I'd receive a 2nd e-mail confirming the order. Hadn't received confirmation e-mail by today (12/9) and Order Status didn't show my order either, so I called them and talked to a CSR and explained the situation.

Basically was told I'd have to resubmit the order and that I was SOL as far as the 20% went. Gee, thanks a lot!
