Problem with DDD cart - Order total is $5616464.41

Order subtotal: $5616464.41

Anyone having problems with Quantity of items in cart? I have 2 titles duplicated but they all have a quantity of 37622. If I put 1 or 0 the quantity actually INCREASES. If I put other numbers I get an error message. How can I delete them?

I have quite a bit of items in my cart and with the site going so slow it took me hours to get them there, so I'd hate to start over.

I have to give him credit, he's saved a TON with that 20% off coupon, though.

You're lucky. I had to promise my wife I wouldn't buy more than 5 million dollars worth of DVDs before Christmas.

GatorDeb,
The probably store your information via cookie or session (as it's a cfm page). Write down your cart, close your browser and reopen. It should erase your cart and allow you to start again.

Not sure if I'd call that a bargain.

Moving to DVD Ripoff forum.

I just figured you were trying to get all those Halloween re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-releases.

I'm just surprised that DDD's outdated netcode can handle such large numbers.

BTW that was AFTER the 20%

I ended up calling.

BTW one of the titles was The Pornographers (Criterion). She paused at that one and I tried to explain that it actually was a very classy film (or so I heard).

Being "bunned" means never having to say you have a credit limit.

Ok, that explains why everyone else was getting "out of stock" on their picks.

Do a charge-back through your credit card. You shouldn't have to pay $5.6 million for DVDs you didn't receive.
