Anyone order from Kmart.com?
 

I can't believe the morons I've dealt with, trying to figure out why my fan heater hasn't shipped. I ordered it 10-16, and yes folks, my order status still says Item In Stock, but yet hasn't shipped. I talked to a few CSRs, and they have no idea why it says that.

Anyway, I'm hoping to hear a nice warm and fuzzy story from someone, so I won't bash Kmart for the next few months.

Sorry, but you won't get a warm fuzzy from me (story, that is)! I've ordered from Kmart.com in the past, approximately 2-3 years ago. I had three items in the order. Two shipped, while the third item which shipped separately, eventually said that it was received at the nearby shipping and receiving center on the tracking service. After about 10 days of it not going anywhere, with multiple calls to Kmart and UPS CSR's, Kmart finally gave it up for lost and offered me free shipping on my next order. :down:

The only time I ever ordered from Kmart was when they had the ET Ultimate gift set misprice. But my order when through smoothly without any problems.

Ordered a few times from them-never a problem.
