Half.com question
 

Hello. Just wanted to ask this before hand. If a seller lists an item as region 1 and respons to a that question w/ yes, in the notes- and they send you a bootleg- can you get refunded?

Yes. You'll have to take it up with the seller first. If they give you trouble, which they probably will since they ripped you off already, then complain directly to Half.com. Half always sides with the buyer, so it shouldn't be any trouble getting a refund back from them. Also, don't pay for return shipping. You are not obligated to pay to return an item you didn't order.
