A question about this on line retailer..is there many people here using them? I don't see their name mentioned often at all and I only ask as have been using them reasonably exclusive now for about 9 months. About 1 or 2 discs a week and now and then have a bit of a splurge but certainly not a huge amount but in saying that find their prices very good, shipping times ok, stock levels seem good and Customer Service superb. With all the current problems about with the likes of DDD, BB and DVD Planet etc thought I would put my 2 cents in with a recommendation for what it's worth.

No wonder I have been receiving such great customer sevice from them..I must be their only customer...LOL!!

As i mentioned in a thread over in the main forum i've found their service to be top notch also.
E-mails are replied to very promptly and as well as their prices being amongst the cheapest online....one important point that won't apply to many is that they are 'customs friendly' whereby because i live in the UK i haven't thus far had to fork out any additional charges for shipments being above the $18 value.

Well RichDB10 good to hear from you but I think now we keep it quiet because last thing we need is for everyone else to cotton on how good these guys are and have their service drop off for us with an increase in demand!!

Used them twice. Great customer service, good prices and pretty quick shipping to Australia. Highly recommended.
