Best Buy Return Question

Heres the scenario. I bought a dvd yesterday at Best Buy, opened it and found it scratched and defective. It was the last copy of the dvd there so without being able to exchange it, what will Best Buy do?

If they dont have another one available, they should be able to give you a refund. If the CSR doesnt want to do it, make sure you speak with a manager.

My guess is they'll offer store credit over a refund...but that's probably just as good.

They will give you store credit for the dvd as Spooky said. If they had new ones in stock, you would have to exchange it for a new one.
