I ordered some rounded ATA cables from these guys on-line last week and received 2 working ones and one not so working one. I called and explained my situation, telling the guy it would cost me more to ship it back then order a new one (they're only 2 bucks or so) Turns out he says he'll take word for it and mail out a new cable Fedex for no charge and that I can keep the broken one. Now thats good customer service!
