problems with graveyard mall?
 

anyone order from this site before? graveyardmall.com

I order 2 copies of strangeland(for 3.99ea-found the price deal in this forum-thanks i think!) more than 2 weeks ago, and have not received them.
I have also received no reply to either of 2 emails I've sent so far, requesting information on my order.

I initially received and order confirmation email, but never got a ship email.
Help! Anyone have any comments/experiences?

i finally got my movies
 

I got my movies after 3 weeks, thank god they weren't damaged, I couldn't imagine trying to return something to these people! I still have not received any response to about 4 emails I sent to them about my order.

My vote for winner of the "Worst Customer Service Award" :(

But, at least I got the movies, but I don't know if I'd risk ordering from them again, even for a $4 movie.

It tooks weeks for me to get my last order (including strangeland) from them, as well. The worst thing that I can say is that I don't think they have a way to track order status or packages on their site. This is becoming a must IMHO. I can live with a three+ week wait if I know to expect it, but for my card to be charged and then wait three+ weeks with no word is pretty frustrating.

I have ordered from them a couple times and it usually takes forever. You definitely have to be persistent to reach customer service. I will say I have been happy in general with them...

I have bought 2 DVDs from them - Ultimate Jordan more than a year ago, and Startup.com a few weeks ago. Both arrived in under 10 days with no problems.
