Well I just had my first bad experience with half.com. Apparently this guy doesn't actually have any inventory, he just orders it when you buy it so shipping takes forever. I'm really annoyed and have left negative feedback, but isn't this against half.com's policies? Why don't they go after people like this?

I would have never dealt with this guy. Regardless of good to bad ratio (like some people like to judge by), over 400 negative and neutral is way too many...
