They have a couple of DVD's that I want.

Any idea how they are?

I ordered from them a long time ago and didn't have any problems.

Nice thing is they take money orders and checks.

Anyone have any problems?

Is it still a good company?

Yes, have other people here have good experience with them? I want to order but I'm a bit hesitant.

Yeah, I've had good experiances with them. The only problems are that shipping can be a bit steep if you only get one or two items. The magic number is 5 or 7 items, if I recall correctly. That brings the price down to about 1.50 per disc.

The other consideration is that if your order has to be backordered for some reason, prepare to be in limbo for quite some time. They said that they were working on speeding up the turn around time, but that was a while ago and I havent seen much improvement yet.

I used to get a great deal of my anime through them. Pretty good customer service, with a lot of hands on from one of the Net-reps (who seems to have fallen off the face of the earth as of late, but he always did that sort of thing in his own time - not on the clock).

I dont buy as much anime from them anymore - I go through TRSI for a slightly better price in bulk - but I still get a lot of offbeat and obscure titles that they can get on the cheap.

no complaints here. nice shop. they tend to have very nice prices on box sets.
