Anyone else having problems with dvdsoon.com ?????
 

I tried their site and everything seems changed, I tried logging into my account and I emailed them about my problem logging in. They told me they cant access accounts or orders. I am definitely worried because I ordered La Femme Nikita: Season One from them and it is due out July 8.

They are updating their site, I'd give them another day or two to get things together.

Well...the website is up.....was going to place my second order for 2003 and noticed they do not offer free shipping outside of Canada any longer unless it is a specially marked preorder title. I had $142.00 CN in my shopping cart-8 items and the standard shipping was only $9.00 and change canadian which probably turns out to be about $6.00 US. I am also getting tired of receiving titles with cover art that is in English and French...I specifically look for the "bilingual" under their type of case section and do not order a movie if it is only available with the bilingual cover. This does not seem to matter to them.....my copy of Old School did not say bilingual cover in the description but that is what I received. Oh well...will look to the stores of old for my future purchases. :)

Can't seem to complete the order process, when pressing the buy now button I get this error message,
HTTP ERROR: 500 Internal server error.
RequestURI=/members/checkout.action

Does everybody get this? been so for a couple of days now.

when I try to get my "Shipped Orders" under my account I get that error as well but my order went through.
