Can Stores Sell Screeners?
 

Like Screener/Trailor DVD's of movies that say "Not for Resale"??????? Well damn I bought one from the used section of this cd/dvd store and when I put it in it had stupid writing on bottom as movie played...saying its not for resale and bs...can stores sell these? can they get sued? Im pissed off because I thought i paid for the real thing...you think I can return it?

If it says, "Not for Resale," than you answered your own question. Return it and if they say they won't take it, politely point out that you technically have the law on your side.
