I was just logging into my paypal account and it says under "send money" that I can send money to any e-mail even if the recepient doesn't have a paypal account. I was wondering how they'd go about receiving the money?? If someone could help me out, that'd be great. It'd save me on wiring costs if I knew how this worked. THanks.

They'd get an e-mail saying that you sent them money and that they need to create an account to access it. Their little way of getting new accounts.
