Does Anyone Know?
 

I received some software as a gift and I already have a copy. It was sent to me by my uncle who lives across the county. Does anyone know if Best Buy or Circuit City would return this without a receipt, or does it depend on the store? What have been experiences by the board here? Thanks in advance.

When it came to the issue with a DVD, Best Buy refused to take it without a receipt, even though it was still shrinkwrapped and the security seals were still in place. Circuit City took it, no questions asked!

I've also had problems at Target with returning duplicate gift video game cartridges that we had rec'd.
