Half.Com Problem - Phone # Needed
 

Does anyone know the 800 # for Half.Com customer service ?

I recently used a $15 off $50 coupon for 1st time buyers.
The item I purchased came to $49.98.

Before I used the coupon I emailed Half.com and asked them twice in 2 seperate emails if I can use the coupon even though it $49.94 and not $50.

Both times the same cs rep said yes it was ok.

After I bought the item I get an email saying there was a "miscommunication" and the coupon can not be applied to this purchase because the price was not $50 !

But I could use the $15 off $50 on a future purchase.

I have both emails saved where he said I can use it on $49.98.

I'm waiting to hear back from him but I doubt that he will apply it.
I want to call them directly and speak to a supervisor.

Any suggestions ?
