Any experience with www.dvd.com?

Hi all,

I'm interested to get some DVDs from them.
They were express.com or dvdexpress.com, right?

Just like to know how's their service, has anyone tried ordering
from them yet?

Just do a search of the Store Forum. You'll find about a dozen threads detailing the horrible reputation of DVD.com (aka DVDExpress.com).

It's a shame, at one time they were the best online DVD store.

I'm just one of MANY who have been ripped off by these sleazebags ...... rather than order from them, just flush a few dollars down your toilet - same results, but a lot less trouble and much faster.

Oh yeah, they rocked during the old coupon days, but they are definitely not the same company now.

Does anybody still order from them?

I remember "back in the day" when people would say DVDExpress was going to be around for the long haul because they concentrated on giving good customer service instead of offering deals like Reel and 800.

Of course, DVDExpress is still around, while the others went to the big dotcom graveyard in the sky.

Avoid at all costs unless you want an extremely frustrating experience.

Top 3 worst sites I have ever dealt with. DVD.com, Anotheruniverse.com, Bigcd.com. I should have just flushed my money down the toilet and kicked myself in the nuts. It would have saved time.
