How long does it usually take for HKFlix to ship?
 

I placed an order this past Monday, and in the confirmation email, it stated "USA customers will always receive emails with tracking info. when their order--and backorders--ship (note: these emails are typically sent 1 to 2 business days after your package is shipped, depending on when USPS updates their records).". It also says "Please DO NOT contact us to request the status of your order unless you urgently need to change something. This will only delay your order from shipping.".

So, a couple days after the order ships, I'll be told that it's shipped, but if I contact them to see if it has shipped, and it hasn't shipped, it will get delayed in shipping. So, about how long does it usually take for them to ship? (bangs head against wall)
