anyone else having problems with shopping cart at DDD?

there are a couple of titles I want to order, but can't because something seems to be wrong with the shopping cart. Everytime i add something when the cart pops up I get a message to refresh the page, and after that I get an error message. I've tried logging off and then back on and clearing my cookies and everything

They are reaaly bad with stuff like that. I wanted to place an order last night and had to check back 5 or 6 times before the server would even load. It crashed again immediately after I placed my order, too.

Just jot it down on a post-it and try back later.

I've had problems like that in the past, but deleting my cookies made it work. Since you've already done that, you might try disabling your firewall if you're running one or try a different browser. I just tried adding an item to my cart, and it worked fine.

This worked for me, also, when I had a problems some months ago. If not, try an e-mail to DDD. They responded with detailed instructions reasonably quickly. Good luck.

I had problems with the DDD site using the Internet Explorer browser, but luckily it worked using the Netscape browser.

Ever since they "upgraded" the website, I have been unable to use it. Too bad, because I've done about four or five orders from them in the last six months.

So much for progress....
