be careful of canadian sellers if you are in the usa

i ordered red dragon from dvdsoon.com, they sent me an email on march 28 saying it was shipped, i just recently called them because i had not received it yet, the lady said that due to the war and heightened security that merchandise can take 7-28 days, and said that it is probably stuck in customs .... i will probably see it on tv before i get the dvd

You subject is misleading. The Canadian sellers aren't to blame for the situation.

Anybody else have this problem? I just put in a big order at NorthAmericanDVD.com. Any problems there?

I bet the US thinks there may be weapons of mass destruction in the DVD's...

Thats BS. According to Dvdpricesearch their shipping goes by #15 and 15 is:

15 Standard Delivery - 7-28 Business Days (Estimated), 56 Business Days (Guaranteed)

On a bright note they do guarntee it within 56 buisness days, I think thats almost 3 months.

Good Luck

We do realize that 56 days is always under two months, right?

It says 56 business days. That is about 11 weeks or almost 4 months!

It states business days so that would be Monday-Friday. There are about 22 B-days per month.

With tension between the two nations arguably at an all-time high, the inverse caveat also applies. Hopefully "cooler heads will prevail".
