I ordered the 1000B Multi Media Shelving Unit from them and my motivation for the purchase was the capacity to hold 640 DVDs, as they advertise at their website. I put the whole thing together only to find out that it holds 432. The box it comes in is in agreement with their website as far as the capcity for CDs and VHS tapes, 1000 and 240, respectively. However, they advertise the false capacity for DVDs. I am pretty upset about this, as I was deciding between this one and another case, but the fact that this one held 640 for such a low price made me give my money to them. I did get what was pictured, but I still feel I did not get what I ordered. Their site promises to deliver a unit that holds 640, so that's what I expect. I am not about to deassemble my unit and try to box it all back up to return, that is not the point. But I do feel they should give me a shelving unit for free that holds 208 DVDs to make up for their error or at least refund me something for not supplying what I ordered. I think this is fraud to get people to buy something based on false information, and I will contact the Internet Fraud Complaint Center if necessary.

Anybody know how good their customer service is?

I guess nobody uses them or had to deal with them. But in the event somebody here has, I did contact them about their error, and they issued me a $52.00 credit.
