DDD and price drops
Just in case anyone doesn't know this, when you pre-order a DVD with an upcoming price drop at DDD, they don't wait around till the new date to send them out.
Monsoon Wedding and American Graffiti both drop on 4/1. I pre-ordered them yesterday and they shipped today (at the lower price, even though the web site says "available 4/1".) This is the second time they've done that with me this year.

I've had the opposite experience. I ordered The Money Pit, which was released on Feb 4. DDD had it listed for March 4, at a lower MSRP. It hasn't shipped yet.

I can confirm this! I ordered PRIMARY COLORS (DTS) which has a street date of 3/4 and received it LAST WEEK!
I''m sure not all of the 3/4 releases with lower prices went out, but if DeepDiscount has it in stock--they will ship it out.
