This place is confusing me. I ordered Frankenstein from the Universal Collection the other day. The site said "in stock-limited quantities". I got an update from an email early this morning and it said the item status was "canceled."

I have checked the stock on this dvd every day and it still says in stock.

However, I logged into my account and it shows this order as still open. It also has a ship date of 1/7/03. But it says "charge to credit card: $0." And it says "canceled" in the item status section. But when I clicked on canceled orders, it says there aren't any...

I'm confused. Anyone else have this problem? Is there an 1-800#? I don't want to email them as I think that would take to long for them to reply.

Here is the number to call them. So far I haven't had any problems or cancelled orders. But I do expect they will cancel my order for Circus World on DVD after 30 days since that appears to be an OOP title.
