DeepDiscountDVD Raised Priority Shipping?

It could just be me remembering wrong, but wasn't DDD's priority shipping rate $3.95, and then they reduced it to $2.95 for the holidays? Now the rate is up to $4.95.

Anyone remember?

Yes, I just noticed this when I visited; it WAS $3.95 before. Their problem is that they don't have a "hold to ship complete" option to make it worthwhile. Hardly worth the first item in the order going out Priority, and the remainder going by media mail.

Yes, that's an option I wish they would offer as well. Many times I have waited for a few DVDs to all be available at once so I knew that they would all ship at once, only to go back to the site ready to order and have another choice go out of stock.

I think a bunch of sites are either getting rid of free shiping and/or raising shipping costs.
