DVD Barn?

DVD Barn?
Anyone used this rental by mail firm? They're a little cheaper than Netflix, and since I only want to check out a few titles - all of which they allegedly have - I'm tempted to give them a shot. Opinions needed!

I am thinking of switching to dvd barn from netflix because you can also rent Ps2 and Xbox games. I'd appreciate if someone can tell me what they do if a movie or game is lost in the mail. This has happened 3 times in the year I have been with Netflix and they don't charge you. Someone told me some of the other companies will charge you.
Edit: I decided to join at the 2 out for 15.00 plan. Most of the selections are not available and have a wait period from a week to 21 days. All the dvd's I wanted are a 21 day wait. Same with the Xbox games. Looks like i will be going back to Netflix next month.
