Reward Zone Questions?
Ok, I bought a PSP and a game...and on the same transaction I bought a Reward Zone membership.
Will I get the points for my purchases on that transaction, it would be worth about $280 in RZ points.....they have not shown up on www.MyRewardZone.com yet, so I was curious.
Also, how long does it take for something to show up on there? I bought another game Tuesday with RZ, and it's not on there...seems kinda slow to me.

I would imagine it should. Transactions don't show up immediatley on the website. If it doesn't show up in a few days, you can manually request the points be added on the website by clicking "Did you miss a transaction" button and typing in the receipt info to be sure. You can check the status of the requerst online.

I would think you would definately get credit for the PSP purchase. As for how long it takes to show up on the website,it used to take a looong time to show up but now it should show up in pending transactions pretty quick,i would say within about 10 days or so.

Thanks....nice fast replies. I'll wait until after my honeymoon to check them. Hopefully they SHOULD be in there by now....If not, I'll try to request them on the site.

Wait... at 5 bucks for every 150 dollar purchase, that means you spent... 8400 bucks? Or is the 280 what you spent?
In any case, they should apply it to your purchase, but it takes a while to show up because they want to prevent fraudulent people from returning stuff after they use the certificates.

They generally don't apply ["post"] the points to your account until the return period has passed, though they show up in 7-14 days, generally, as "pending".
Keep your receipt, and as long as the RZ membership and the stuff you bought are both on there, you should be good.
"Pending points have been allocated on recent eligible purchases but are not validly accrued until posted approximately 30 days after purchase or date of shipment."
