I just placed my first two orders with these guys and I have to say, their operation is top notch!

Not only did they bump my first order up to Priority shipping from standard first class, but when one of the dvd's turned out to be defective I sent it back to them First Class and here's what blows me away... They recieved it two days later (to CA from Indiana) and they processed a refund to me the SAME DAY, including the shipping costs!

You might pay a little bit more from these guys, but if your looking for a great places to get HK, Korean or Japanese dvd's, look no further!

Yep, I ordered a few HK discs from them and they are very efficient.

I agree wholeheartedly, they are my #1 source for Asian movies.

I ordered from them once and received my dvds ( shipped to canada ) in 3 days. Then one of these dvds was defective and I had to ship it back to them.
They sent me another copy but it seems to have gotten lost by the postal service and now dvdasian doesn't want to send another copy or refund it :( Does anyone know what I could do concerning this unfortunate situation ?

That sucks, let us know how things resolve. How long ago has it been? Maybe the postal service is just backlogged due to the holidays.

It's been 2 weeks today since it was shipped. Like I said, it took only 3 days the last time but it could have been delayed due to the holydays so I'll wait another week.

DVDasian emailed me again and let me know that they would finally send me another copy if I don't receive anything next week.
