Buy.com gave me bad service

I ordered Christmas gifts and tried to have buy.com ship them to a different address than my billing address. The website produced a script error when I tried to change the address, but I went ahead and ordred anyway. I figured that customer service would be able to change the shipping address on the fly.

I did the same with a second order.

Then I made two separate requests to customer service to change the shipping address. I also submitted a bug report. The first request was ignored. The second request was denied because the items may have already been pulled at the warehouse.

Pulled at the warehouse at 1:00 AM Thanksgiving day?

When I followed up, I was informed that my order had been cancelled, and was advised to reorder with the correct shipping address.

I still got the script error. I told customer service not to cancel my order, but to ship it to my home if no other option was available.

Both orders have shipped now. I never have received a reply to my first message to customer service or to the bug report.
