credit card charges?

ok this is a really dumb question but ive never done it before - how do you guys 'check' to see when a company finally bills your credit card? e.g. columbia house or media play or any of these companys.

is it online? do you call them up?

something i never even thought of - i just waited til i got my bill each month.

(i had no idea which forum this should go in...you can move it if you want)

Sign up with your credit card to access your account online. If you don't know the website address, call them and they'll tell you. You can also set it up to pay your bill monthly online. Saves writing checks and the 37c to mail it.

Just sign up online with your credit card issuer. I can look up all my CC info. on the web. I know AMEX, Citibank, Chase, MBNA, BankOne (First USA) etc. have account online so you can manage your accounts.

Yup. It's so convenient to be able to check the charges on my credit cards online. To find the web site, just look for the URL that should be stated on your monthly statement. Then go to the web site and follow direction to sign up for online account.
