How to contact a human at nextcard?
I looked all over their "new" website (the one the old one directs you to). Sure, you can pay there, but no phone number. I looked on my bill, and that phone number is 100% automated with few choices (none of which is correct). No email either. I don't want to have to send them a letter, it would be so much easier if I could just call and get it resolved right away.
I paid off my balance and now have a credit on my account and I can't contact them to get it back. If they were still in business, I would just buy something for that amount, but they're not. So I guess I'm screwed unless I send them a letter?
