I ordered both seasons of All Creatures Great and Small from DDD. The second shipped separately when it was released. It arrived with 2 DVDs floating around inside the box. They both had some heavy scratches on them.

They probably would have played ok, but why fool around? I called DDD and they are sending me a pre-paid sticker to ship back the defective set and will immediately send out the replacement without waiting for my return to arrive.

Now that's the correct way to handle a defective DVD. Although this set may not be something they keep in stock, so I might have to wait a little. I forgot to ask if it was in stock.
