Has anyone had experience with getting a refund at Buy.com?

I ordered an Xbox from Buy.com on 10/4 and it is in the process of shipping.
Obviously, it will be brand new when I receive it.

I am thinking about returning it. Has anyone had experience returning new items to Buy.com for a refund. How fast/efficient is the process?

Mine is quite a long story but it's quite hasselsome, I avoid buy.com at all cost.

I hear almost no one has experienced a refund from Buy.com, which is part of the problem.
