I apologize for the confusion. The free shipping link said:

"UPS GROUND SHIPPING ($9.95 $FREE! - USA ONLY - NO P.O. BOXES)"

If you like, we can attempt to send UPS Ground to Hawaii. I'm not sure what
will happen, but I think that it will probably get sent back to us.

I've tried to be reasonable. I've offered to eliminate sales tax which on
this item costs nearly $15 which we'll have to end up paying. It is very
clear that UPS GROUND is the free shipping method offered. All I ask is that
you try to see things from our point of view. I tried to compromise.

Please post the link to whichever site has this unit for $90 less than us. There is a reason why we are the largest distributor of Malata 520 units in North America. We have the best price and best service. You can't beat $274.95 shipped. There are a few sellers in Asia that might have a lower price, but they have high shipping costs and offer practically no service and if the unit requires warranty repair, you need to ship it back to them in Hong Kong or China.

I am at work at the moment, I will post the links tonight when I get home from work. As far as HKFlix's statement, they are correct with the fact that the cheaper prices will probly not include warrenty, but if the choice was -$90 or a warrenty, personally I will take the lower price.

Can't really argue about your service since I have never ordered from your site, but I assure you that is not the lowest price shipped. Maybe you have the best price from an American reseller, as the site I looked on could of been out of this country, but the shipping will not be as big of a hit as you may be assuming. Not trying to add fuel to the fire, just my observation.
