Finally, a deep discount (cd) coupon, but the store seems to be down!!!
 

I don't know about anyone else, but I was very happy to see a deep discount cd coupon on the front page of this website. Unfortunately, when I have tried to get to the site to place an order, it seems to be down.... Just the luck....

For me the site was up, but I couldn't find a place to enter the code.

Yeah, the site was down for most of late yesterday... now it's back up, with no space to enter the coupon.

The discount seems to be showing up automatically now (going through DVDTalk's link). You don't have to enter a code.

I ordered Life's a Carnival by the Wild Magnolias for $10.97 shipped (includes the $2 off coupon added). Not a bad deal at all...

I wonder if they will carry the Buffy CD. Didn't find it at their site. :(

It seems that unlike amazon, ddcd's search engine defaults to the artist and searches ONLY the artists's listing - when you looked you probably got all Buffy Ste-Marie or whatever her name is. I put in the text Buffy, then choose Search by Title and then had the listings for the soundtracks etc.

I ran into the same problem... so I just went ahead and placed the order at normal price, then e-mailed their customer service explaining my problem. They got back to me with a curtious e-mail explaining that the coupon should have been carried over via cookie through the link from here, and went ahead and manually applied the discount to my order for me.

The way they handled this made me very happy... I know it was a simple problem, but its amazing how many online stores don't make any effort to help the customers with a issue as minor as this. Haven't gotten my order yet, but so far they are good people in my book. I never bothered ordering off of DDD, but I think I will now after this experience.
