On September 22, 2001, I placed an order with them and received a confirming e-mail. I never received the order, but didn't pursue the matter because it was for a large discount and just figured that they had mispriced. Well, the other day I was cleaning out my "open orders" e-mail directory and came across the e-mail confirmation from them. I went to their site and saw my order was still open. I then noticed that they were showing the dvd as "in stock".

Well, I e-mailed them and here's their response:

You're in luck. We received the title, "1998 Winter Olympic Gold Set" today. Your order for 4 copies of this title should ship out tomorrow, Monday, August 12.

I just find it an unbelievable coincidence that the day I e-mail them, almost one year later, is the day that they received it in stock.

I ordered this title a month ago and got it within a week.
