Dvd Box Office Complain
 

Hi,

I tried to order some dvds from dvdboxoffice

I'm a new customer and they sent me an email that I need to fax them my credit card bill to verify my name and address. I've bough stuff from Amazon and DDD and they don't ask for this kind of stuff

I get my bill and write over my credit card number except the last 4 digits, so they could see it and then I send the fax

Now I got a new email saying that I need send the fax again with all my credit card number

What's wrong with them?

I've verified accounts with Paypal and dvdplanet and they only asked for the last 4

I'm waiting to hear back from them.
