Did anyone get overcharged on LOTR at Best Buy?

I was looking at my Discover statement online and I was charged 17.19 for LOTR. It appears that they charged me 6% sales tax on the $19.99 preorder price and then reduced the price by $4 to adjust for the actual $15.99 release price. Its only $0.24, but I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

It happened to me as well, but I didn't even think to check. They got me for 31 cents. No big deal since I got a free $10 coupon, but it is something they should fix.
