DDD Customer Service!
 

Like many folks here, I have had my share of problems with orders shipping and confirmation emails, etc. However after speaking with Rick M. (customer service supervisor), my worries were resolved. He was very polite and efficient. I have dealt with him previously. The level of service he provided was of very high standard. I can't say that about other online e-tailers. Like ones that remind me of a particular rainforest in Brazil...

DDD strides to provide good service and I have been very satisfied with the solutions to my concerns. For those of you that are upset and were given a poor impression, give them a second chance. Service+low prices+free shipping, it's a nice package. Things can only get better with the new system.
